Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analytics contact for a portfolio of large pro accounts.
• Lead performance reviews with pros and co-develop action plans.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Identify at-risk accounts and surface targeted insights early.
• Represent the pro voice to Product, Strategy, and Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years analytics in e-commerce/marketplace with client-facing experience.
• Experience presenting data and insights to external clients.
• Strong SQL and data analysis; Python or R.
• Expertise in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; client dashboards a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to business problems.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management; manage multiple pro accounts and internal priorities.
