Senior Analyst, Client Analytics

📋 Description

• Partner with Client/Account Management to provide analytics supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer
• Develop and maintain client KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards focused on prescription, patient
• Analyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence, and other patient journey
• Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses to understand where patients progress
• Evaluate performance across dimensions such as product, program, channel, provider, payer, and
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for new client programs and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, client, or business analytics.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, pharmacy, patient services, hub services, or life sciences data
• Demonstrated experience analyzing prescription, patient journey, or program performance and
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
