📋 Description

• Partners effectively with all levels of OEC to assess and identify support needs, provide support
• Creates, manages and executes project plans as well as develops related project materials (e.g.
• Supports the global risk assessment process, including collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing
• Collaborates across all OEC teams and other relevant functions (e.g., Internal Audit) to regularly
• Supports ongoing training, communication, and engagement with the global OEC team to drive clarity
• Supports the collection, oversight and integrity of master data/information that enables global

🎯 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree required. CPA, Master's, JD, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal
• Builds strong relationships with colleagues, peers and cross functional partners outside of team to
• Leadership, organization, analytical, project management and team-building skills.
• Can work independently with a high level of initiative. Learns fast, grasps the essence, and can
• Highly organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and Word
