Analyze and summarize process behavior in order to expedite the design/solutioning process
Translate configuration enabling internal teams to resolve escalations
Process incoming Jira tickets to support member escalation resolution
Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Triage and manage workflows of ingested items
Investigate escalations via incoming tickets or informal pathways

🎯 Requirements

2+ years working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (e.g., deductibles, copays and other
1+ year of SQL experience
1+ years claims processing experience
