Senior Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR
• Perform meaningful and in-depth financial analyses on current and future financial performance
• Champion the adoption of AI and LLM-powered workflows across the team by defining best practices
• Drive effective application of AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative
• Research and analyze historical, current and projected financial data for use in planning
• Partner with broader Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance or other data focused roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining

• Base Salary Range: $72,000-$90,000
