Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for workforce insights.
Respond to ad hoc analytics requests and translate questions into data-driven recommendations.
Partner with People Partners and HR CoEs for workforce planning and organizational health.
Validate data accuracy and work with HR Tech to improve quality and reporting consistency.
Present findings with clear visualizations and concise summaries.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Analytics, Economics, Math, HR, or related
3–5 years in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or related data analytics field.
