Senior Analyst, Pricing & Monetization

📋 Description

• Advise on complex deals: partner cross-functionally to build custom pricing and incentive proposals
• Set pricing guardrails: design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails that let
• Scale the operating model: build and refine the processes we use to price and approve large deals
• Track the market: analyze pricing trends across Square’s portfolio and the broader payments
• Present to leadership: turn complex models into clear recommendations for senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models from
• Sound commercial judgment when weighing growth, margin, and risk in a deal
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and presenting analysis and
• A track record of owning projects end to end, from framing the question to implementing the decision
• A habit of building repeatable systems rather than one-off answers, and comfort using AI tools to
