Senior Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance

📋 Description

• Contribute to GTM strategies for new product launches or market entries.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance across segments and geographies.
• Identify performance gaps and propose data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM, strategy, business ops, or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, BI tools.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HighSpot).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• AI-first mindset; able to leverage AI tools in RevOps.
