Senior Analyst, Security Risk

📋 Description

• Execute and improve daily operations of the One Twilio Risk Management program, incl. automation.
• Maintain risk registers and KRIs; ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to communicate risks clearly.
• Review risk treatment effectiveness and propose solutions.
• Deliver regular risk reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and model potential risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management with security-focused frameworks (NIST RMF, COSO, ISO 31000).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic direction.
• Experience designing qualitative/quantitative risk analyses translating vulnerabilities to business impact.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-entity risk assessments and programs.
• Experience with security/Engineering/IT to implement risk controls; technical knowledge required.
• Bias toward automation and tooling to scale risk operations; AI tooling experience a plus.
