Senior Analyst, Service Operations

📋 Description

• Own the P&L for multiple lines of business — including forecasting, profitability assessments
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, own regular leadership reporting and decks, and
• Design and own the processes that ensure proper partner payment reconciliation — including standing
• Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting and financial processes, propose solutions and ensure
• Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional background in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable
• Robust quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills; SQL proficiency preferred
• Proven track record of synthesizing data from multiple channels to generate strategic business
• Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, alongside PowerPoint expertise
• Strong capabilities in project management and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Self-motivated and resourceful professional capable of independent execution
