Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Develop a detailed understanding of Generate’s portfolio, including its composition, exposures
• Own and improve recurring portfolio analytics, valuation support, diversification analysis
• Turn large, complex financial data sets into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Build documented, scalable data and reporting processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and
• Partner with FP&A, Asset Management, and Technology to improve data flows and financial
• Support the Strategic Business Plan, including dashboards, bottom-up analysis, forecasting, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, portfolio
• Strong finance fundamentals, including three-statement modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, and
• Foundational accounting knowledge and an understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP measures; advanced
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building, auditing, and troubleshooting complex financial
• Ability to work accurately with large data sets, nested hierarchies, and complex financial
