Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design analytics data layer using AWS Glue, Athena/Presto, LookML
• Collaborate with DS&A, Product & Engineering on metrics and data lineage
• Develop automated data reconciliation and quality checks for reports
• Lead data anomaly investigations; perform root cause analysis
• Mentor team; enforce best practices in data modeling, testing, docs

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Strong SQL; design data models and pipelines with AWS Glue
• Partner with cross-functional teams to codify metrics and data alignment
• Own ambiguous projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
• Strong technical communication and mentoring skills
• 5+ years in analytics/BI, ideally B2B SaaS
