📋 Description

• Partner with data infrastructure team to evolve and maintain the data warehouse and ELT.
• Build a best-in-class data platform to drive critical business decisions.
• Partner with internal analysts to understand questions and answer them.
• Simplify data collection and reporting to automate workflows.
• Reconcile data issues across systems and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer.
• Advanced SQL with well-architected data models and optimized queries.
• Experience with the modern data stack; dbt and Snowflake is a plus.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong judgment and business/product instincts for trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, tailoring explanations to different audiences.
