📋 Description

• Own analytics platform roadmap from scoping to delivery.
• Ingest new data sources to production dbt models the org trusts.
• Author and maintain the prose semantic layer with docs for metrics.
• Build and tune the LLM-powered query layer: prompts, retrieval, evals.
• Stand up agents monitoring dashboards for anomalies and trend shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role.
• Deep dbt and SQL fluency; opinions on grain, testing, and docs.
• Comfort with Redshift or a similar warehouse at scale.
• Built something useful with LLMs on your data; retrieval/evals a plus.
• Clear technical writing; explain metrics so execs understand.
• Ability to own technical decisions and align stakeholders.
