Senior Application Engineer, Zuora Billing

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Zuora Billing architecture and catalog design.
• Configure advanced Zuora workflows, multi-currency setups, and billing rules.
• Design and support Zuora integrations with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, tax engines.
• Own post-go-live support: incident management, RCA, change/release management.
• Lead lifecycle implementations, governance, and mentor team members.
• Develop system conversions and implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product and pricing management.
• Zuora integrations with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, banks, payment gateways, Avalara tax.
• Expertise in Zuora platform, objects, custom events and Zuora workflows.
• Experience in system conversions and implementations.
• Understanding of AR to GL reconciliation, customer aging, and month-end processes.
• Change management and Agile methodologies; B.Tech or MBA degree.
