📋 Description

• Build and ship agents that automate real fund-operations workflows, owning them from prototype
• Evaluate and improve agent performance: build the evaluation layer with test cases from real
• Own the AI application architecture: orchestration, multi-agent design, tool contracts, memory, and
• Run AI in production: versioned, feature-flagged rollout; rate limits, provider fallback, and
• Make it a platform, not a project: consolidate document parsing and extraction, share evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software, including at least one agent or LLM-powered capability taken
• Real depth in orchestration and context engineering: tool contracts, memory, RAG, multi-agent
• Strong evaluation skills: make non-deterministic systems measurable using test cases on real data
• Production experience: reading traces, diagnosing failure modes, tuning cost and latency, handling
• Backend experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
• Platform mindset: build for other engineers as well as end users; standards adopted through trust.
