Senior Applied AI Engineer, AI Platform (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Design agents that automate real fund-operations workflows, from prototype through production and
• Build the evaluation layer for agent performance: test cases, regression suites in CI, human
• Own AI application architecture including orchestration, multi-agent design, tool contracts
• Run AI workloads in production: versioned rollout, rate limits, fallback, EU data residency, and
• Make AI a platform: consolidate document parsing/extraction, shared evaluation and observability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software, including an agent or LLM-powered capability taken end to end
• Experience with orchestration and context engineering — tool contracts, memory, RAG, multi-agent
• Ability to measure non-deterministic systems: test cases from real data, regression suites, human
• Production ownership: reading traces, diagnosing failure modes, tuning cost and latency, handling
• TypeScript and/or Python experience
• Platform mindset and pragmatism focusing on business outcomes
