Senior AR & Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day collections and cash application; manage customer relationships.
• Escalation point for complex or disputed accounts.
• Drive AI adoption in collections: outreach, risk scoring, automation.
• Prepare AR aging and CECL reserve analyses.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger to GL; post related entries.
• Own affiliate revenue commission process end-to-end; scalable procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years accounting/finance in AR/collections; degree preferred.
• Experience leading credit/collections teams in SaaS.
• Automation across credit/collections with measurable gains.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for analysis and modeling.
• US GAAP/CECL knowledge; strong written/verbal communication.
• Credit risk assessment with tools like D&B/Experian.
