Senior Associate, Financial Planning  Analysis

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain driver-based models tied to key financial metrics.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis across metrics.
• Partner with Product, Corporate Development, Strategy, and Treasury to translate plans into financials.
• Support ROI analysis and pricing discussions for services.
• Analyze performance to build KPI presentations for planning, cash flow, and financing.
• Prepare variance analysis for senior leadership and support earnings materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial analysis, IB, consulting, or Big 4.
• Deep understanding of modeling, valuation, growth metrics; strong communicator.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive or similar modeling systems.
• Data analytics experience (Looker, Power BI, Tableau); SQL a plus.
