Senior Associate, FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders; build trusted finance relationships across functions.
• Build scalable financial models for budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage opex and capex budgets; own monthly budget vs actuals with commentary.
• Enable leaders to own their P&Ls with intuitive reporting and reviews.
• Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities across business areas.
• Build business cases to drive cost savings and growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years FP&A experience owning forecasting and planning.
• Hands-on FP&A systems experience: NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream.
• Analytical; builds models and translates data into executive narratives.
• Systems thinker; spots and fixes process inefficiencies.
• Collaborative partner; builds trust with non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical discipline.
