Senior Associate - Mainframe Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide systems analysis and engineering support for enterprise mainframe environments, including
• Manage system software installation, configuration, and maintenance activities using SMP/E to
• Use mainframe monitoring and performance tools to assess system health, identify capacity
• Partner with application development teams to diagnose and resolve system integration issues
• Serve as Scrum Master for mainframe initiatives, guiding teams in Agile and Scrum practices and
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of mainframe environments, including z/OS, JCL, batch processing
• Hands-on experience with SMP/E and mainframe system software installation and maintenance.
• Experience using mainframe performance monitoring and diagnostic tools to investigate system
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with application developers and infrastructure partners to
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably supporting mainframe
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to coordinate
