Senior Associate, Operational Excellence

📋 Description

• Supervising, coaching, and monitoring performance of associates or specialists in your team
• Using metrics to guide your team to improve and deliver great performance and enhance their hard
• Leading and driving the progress of tasks and projects in your scope to contribute to operational
• Working closely with internal teams in APAC Ocean Gateway Operations to have an effective process
• Understanding how the latest processes and products interact and representing the operations team
• Thinking and communicating structurally to explain operations process, product needs, and impact

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build strong, cohesive relationships with business, operations, technology, and
• Data-driven, strong analytical and logical sense
