Senior Associate, People & Experience Team

📋 Description

• Cultivate and lead 1:1 engagement for assigned population, maintaining a pulse on employee
• Support junior talent through career journey and development milestones, partnering with other PET
• Maintain a highly consultative relationship with PET leadership, vetting complex employee relations
• Act as a critical operational and experience bridge across three pods, ensuring consistency in SOPs
• Lead orchestration of new hire kickoff calls, setting the foundation for rapport and establishing
• Support PET initiatives, and proactively identify creative ways to implement/scale support

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience in the people support function.
• Background or foundational understanding of HR systems, general policies, and employee feedback
• Deep empathy and high EQ: natural ability to connect with people, read a room, and navigate
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Track multiple moving pieces across different pods without letting details slip.
• Strategic problem solving: doesn't just flag problems, brings potential solutions.
