Senior Associate, Product Compliance

📋 Description

• Regulatory expertise on consumer financial laws (Reg Z, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, BSA).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to integrate requirements.
• Assess product compliance risks and provide practical guidance.
• Lead or support remediation for products and processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and issuing bank teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in banking, credit, payments, or fintech compliance.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, FTC, TILA (Reg Z), Reg E, Reg DD, FCRA, BSA, and VISA rules.
• Experience applying banking regs to product decisions.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and translating findings into actions.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication; able to work independently.
• Autonomous, able to solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
