Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence for Revenue Ops, supporting GTM processes.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Enablement, GTM Systems.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Improve territory planning, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
• Lead AI, automation, and GTM tech adoption to boost productivity.
• Scale revenue organization with data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Forecasting, pipeline, territory planning, quota, CRM operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, data mgmt.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets, SQL; BI tools like Tableau a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
