Manage and resolve workers’ comp claims from report to closure.
Partner with employees and leadership to support safe recovery and return to work.
Collaborate with Third Party Administrator for cost-effective resolution.
Handle 100–150 active WC claims, including litigated ones.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of workers’ comp adjusting experience
Strong knowledge of WC laws and best practices
Excellent communication and active listening
Ability to mentor and train others
