Senior Auditor, BRCGS Food Safety

📋 Description

• Perform certification audits in conformance with SGS Global/Local procedures, sector specific
• Upon evidence gained during audits, provide determination whether registration should be
• Assimilate, understand, and operate the SGS Certification System in all auditing activities.
• Collaborate with teams of Auditors during auditing activities.
• Strive to provide customers with sufficient audit experience to cover the whole of SGS's
• Assist in the training of other Auditors and Senior Auditors during planned audits or during other

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in Quality
• Successful completion of Lead Auditor training (minimum 3 days) based on ISO 19011.
• HACCP training (minimum 2 days), minimum 2 hours each food fraud and food defense session OR PCQI
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time via automobile/airplane, possibly international with flight
• Advanced proficiency in English and either Spanish or French is highly preferred.
