4+ years experience as soldering technician for PCBAs
Certification in IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 (or equivalent)
Experience with electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling and safety procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
An associate degree or higher in electronics, avionics, or related field
Demonstrated expertise in fine-pitch soldering, rework, and repair of complex PCBA assemblies
