Senior Avionics Source Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform in-process and final inspection at onsite supplier facilities and internal cable and
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to supplier sites, both locally and domestically, to perform
• Maintain detailed inspection records and document nonconformances.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance
• Review purchase orders, certificates of conformance, test reports, material traceability, and
• Verify that parts match engineering blueprints, wire schematics, and bill of materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cable and harness inspector or assembler in an electronics
• Ability to travel up to 50 - 80%.
• Knowledge of cable and harness assembly and inspection following NASA-STD-8739.4 and/or IPC-A-620
• Experienced in conducting continuity tests using DMM and other portable measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and internal specifications.
• Familiarity with avionics systems, components, and installations is essential, with the ability to
