Senior Back End Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as a leader and steward of engineering best practices, helping to mentor other engineers and
• Independently take a defined problem from design through implementation and into production
• Build and extend identity and access management capabilities: authentication, authorization, RBAC
• Implement improvements to AWS and cloud infrastructure, including its security posture
• Improve database performance, security, and optimization across high-volume, transactional systems
• Harden APIs, services, and distributed systems against failure and abuse

🎯 Requirements

• Be/Git certificates
• 4+ years of software engineering experience building precise and scalable distributed systems with
• Own a well-defined problem end to end and drive it to production without needing close direction
• Primarily a backend engineer but comfortable working across the stack; a core engineering
• Track record of shipping work in security, scale, or infrastructure
• B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering/Mathematics fields
