Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage and build backend server apps powering the Chariot platform.
• Contribute to API and backend design; set team standards.
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
• Improve real-time and analytical monitoring.
• Communicate with founders, product managers, and developers.
• Manage and execute project plans within Agile/Scrum.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years backend experience building scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
• Proficiency with Go, Node, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Postgres, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Strong ownership; drive projects end-to-end.
