Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services in Golang for 24/7 trading and sports apps.
• Develop backend services; propose architecture; participate in design reviews; implement features.
• Act as SME to embed sports domain knowledge; build prediction markets, real-time data feeds.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks in large, high-concurrency infra.
• Provide high-tier operational support for real-time client issues and availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior backend developer with production-grade mastery.
• Experience with sports systems, sportsbooks, prediction markets, or fast sports-data infra.
• Proficiency in Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Strong communication and collaboration; stakeholder management in global teams.
• Nice-to-haves: deep familiarity with transaction-heavy money modules or payment ledgers.
• Nice-to-haves: advanced design of concurrent systems, race conditions, and distributed state machines.
• Experience in fast-moving startups; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
