🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience as a Backend Engineer.
Experience with Java; Scala a plus.
Low-latency, high-throughput systems experience (ads or real-time bidding).
Distributed, high-volume services; know how to deploy and operate in production.
Love experimentation and rapid iteration.
Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
