Senior Backend Engineer (Backend Platform Team)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain reusable backend libraries, SDKs, APIs, and shared services that
• Drive platform improvements that simplify development, reduce complexity, and give product teams
• Improve the developer experience through clear abstractions, documentation, tooling, and
• Strengthen CI/CD workflows, automated testing, build processes, and release practices to help teams
• Ensure platform capabilities are reliable, secure, performant, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to understand recurring challenges and develop scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend web application development using PHP, Java, Python, Go, or similar
• Hands-on experience building reusable libraries, SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or internal developer
• A solid understanding of software architecture, API design, automated testing, and backward
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, build automation, dependency management, and release processes.
• Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
• A mindset that looks beyond individual features, with an interest in building scalable solutions
