• 8+ years of experience as a backend engineer designing complex, fast-growing systems that didn't
• Ability to write advanced SQL statements beyond basic SELECT and UPDATE
• High bar for quality and knows which details matter, discerning enough to cut scope when needed
• Customer-obsessed: imagine yourself as the developer, product manager, or marketer using the
