🎯 Requirements

Strong experience building backend systems, with Java; JavaScript or Ruby on Rails a plus
Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and relational DBs (MySQL)
Experience building APIs/services at scale; full-stack experience a plus
Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies; AI-powered tools in development workflow valued
Excellent communication in fast-moving environments
