Senior Backend / Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend platform services for internal teams and product development
• Develop internal libraries and tooling using Go and Python
• Design and operate authentication, PKI, and secure data storage/transit
• Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance
• Deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes for new product initiatives
• Design and manage IaC and deployment workflows with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows with CircleCI and GitHub Actions
• Implement observability solutions (metrics, logging, alerts) for visibility and response
• Architect secure, cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver production-ready, compliant platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years backend software engineering experience
• 2+ years platform, infrastructure, or DevOps experience
• Strong experience with Python and/or Go
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure and cloud-native architectures
• Experience running containerized workloads, especially in Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Terraform and Helm (IaC)
• Experience with CI/CD systems and GitOps (CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong understanding of building reliable, scalable, high-performance systems
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently
• Curious, self-directed mindset with strong problem-solving skills
