Independently execute projects and proactively raise issues
Mentor and guide less experienced developers
Constructively debate issues with evidence and stay open to changing opinions

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of commercial software development experience
3+ years of experience using Python
3+ years of experience designing/extending RESTful APIs
3+ years using a web framework: Django preferred, Flask, or Rails
2+ years of relational SQL experience
2+ years of troubleshooting production issues
