Senior Behavioral Health Program Manager

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and comprehensive program management for the Rural Opioid Technical
• Deliver behavioral health and substance use disorder technical assistance to rural healthcare
• Serve as a subject matter expert in behavioral health, substance use disorder, and opioid use
• Coordinate with grant partners, regional stakeholders, and advisory committees to ensure program
• Oversee grant and contract administration, including progress reports, data collection
• Design and manage community-based internship and clerkship programs supporting workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing grant-funded programs, including
• Extensive experience integrating clinical and community-based wraparound services to address social
• Strong understanding of behavioral health and substance use disorder, with the ability to provide
• Experience managing grants or contracts, including compliance, reporting, budgeting, expense
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage

🎁 Benefits

• Salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
