📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs.
  • Manage the annual Open Enrollment process: setup, communications, education, reconciliation.
  • Administer 401(k) and retirement programs, including enrollments and audits.
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan performance and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA requirements.
  • Conduct compliance audits, including I-9 audits and benefits reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in benefits administration, HR ops, or compliance.
  • Experience in US and Canada benefits in a multinational org.
  • Strong knowledge of US/Canada benefits regs (health, welfare, retirement).
  • Experience managing Open Enrollment and HRIS such as ADP.
  • Experience in fast-changing environments with strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
