📋 Description

• Take full ownership and accountability for the success, satisfaction, and retention of an assigned
• Lead the execution of the consulting model for assigned clients, ensuring consistently high-quality
• Develop and execute annual account plans tailored to each customer's priorities, benefits strategy
• Provide strategic guidance on benefits solutions, funding approaches, compliance considerations
• Collaborate with consulting delivery team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Drive customer results while supporting the development and effectiveness of individual consulting

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience, with a strong track record of managing complex client
• Deep knowledge of benefits consulting and various funding mechanisms, with particular expertise in
• Active Life & Health Producer's License.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing a book of business and building trusted relationships with customers, insurance
• Highly proactive and consultative, consistently looking for opportunities to create additional

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: Estimated annual range of $115,000–$145,000, depending on experience, qualifications
