Senior Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Act as strategic brand design lead, collaborating with cross-functional peers on ideas and solutions
• Independently lead mid-to-large projects end-to-end, incl. campaigns, brand systems, microsites
• Define and communicate creative strategy and direction for self and other designers
• Develop and maintain a visual language cohesive with the Uniswap brand
• Drive the design team to be AI-native, integrating GenAI tools into workflows
• Engage in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing across a range of styles and media
• Familiarity with crypto and using dapps
• Collaborative, low ego, and open-minded
• Sharp attention to detail and strong typography/layout
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite
• Ability to context-switch and manage multiple projects
