🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in visual or brand design, with real campaign and brand platform work
• Strong portfolio with a distinct point of view; taste-first approach
• Evidence in defining a look for new brands, category creation, brand launch, or repositioning
• Strong art direction instincts across photography, film, and motion
• Comfort designing inside a system and judgment to know when to stretch the system
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
