Senior Brand Designer, GTM

📋 Description

• Extend Gigs’ visual identity into new territories, from ads and product marketing to merch, events
• Lead craft and storytelling on our most important presentations, including board, investor and key
• Design ads and product marketing visuals that bring Gigs’ products to life across channels, while
• Think in systems. Spot patterns in what the business needs, and work with our systems designer to
• Partner with the business. Work with growth, sales, marketing and leadership to understand their
• Own projects from brief through delivery, moving quickly and thoughtfully across concept

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand and visual design, including in-house brand work at a growth-stage
• Excellent design fundamentals, with a high bar for typography, layout, hierarchy, composition
• A strong portfolio that shows range across brand applications, presentations, and growth or
• Storytelling skill: you know how to structure a narrative and make a complex idea land visually
• Systems thinking: hands-on experience working within and extending design systems in Figma
• Business sense: you understand commercial goals, ask the right questions, and can explain design
