🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across brand implementation, activations, localization
• Hands-on operator, not just a strategist — able to get into details and take projects from concept
• Owned meaningful budgets — allocate spend, negotiate with partners, challenge costs and connect
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills across multiple markets, projects, agencies and
• Proactive ownership and speed — identify what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting
• High standards, low ego — challenge agencies, markets and senior stakeholders when needed, and care
