📋 Description

• Manage and oversee complex broker compensation programs, including contingent profit commissions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting related to

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation with progressive experience in financial analysis, compensation programs
• Strong experience with advanced Excel, including financial modelling, data analysis, and complex
• Practical experience with forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, operational budgeting, and
• Knowledge of compensation, commission, incentive, or broker compensation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to turn complex financial
