📋 Description

Design and establish scalable Canadian brokerage operations processes
Oversee trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and exception handling
Develop workflows for clearing, custody, and asset segregation
Establish corporate actions and asset servicing processes
Implement books-and-records, reconciliation controls, and monitoring
Define registered accounts and tax operations workflows

🎯 Requirements

10+ years Canadian brokerage operations experience
Deep knowledge of CDS/CDSX, clearing, custody, and corporate actions
Expertise in at least two operational areas
Strong understanding of CIRO and CSA regulations
Experience with automation (RPA, AI-assisted tools)
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
