Senior Build Reliability Engineer, Components

📋 Description

• Drive reliability across design, manufacturing, test and launch.
• Create work instructions and process docs; lead rework plans.
• Lead in-process build verification and nonconformance handling.
• Develop specs, checklists, and QA automation for inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch teams.
• Shape a scalable quality system for Terran R.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or STEM; 5+ years as a Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Extensive experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, production and test.
• Aerospace manufacturing knowledge; GD&T; PLM/MES/ERP/QMS familiarity.
• AS9100/ISO9001 familiarity; experience with NPI, FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPV.
• Self-starter; able to define and own a process; strong cross-team communication.
• Ability to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
