Senior Build Reliability Engineer, Propulsion

📋 Description

• Own reliability processes from design through production.
• Develop and scale a quality system for Terran R.
• Lead in-process build verification and manufacturing coordination.
• Drive nonconformance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Champion DFM practices, walk-down checklists, and quality inspection automation.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or STEM; 5+ years as Quality Engineer.
• Extensive interface with design, manufacturing, test.
• Aerospace manufacturing knowledge and quality processes.
• PLM, MES, ERP, QMS proficiency; GD&T skills.
• Able to solve problems creatively; set goals and objectives.
• Self-starter who can roll out new processes across teams.
• NPI experience for hardware in manufacturing/test environments.
• AS9100/ISO9001 knowledge for aerospace programs.
