Senior Build Reliability Engineer, Vehicle

📋 Description

• Ownership of design standards, DFM, and config management
• Planning: review work instructions, develop processes, document rework
• Manufacturing: in-process build verification; coordinate travelled work
• Nonconformance ticket processes; as-built verification; root-cause actions
• Lead quality initiatives: specs, walk-down checklists, automation, DFM
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Eng, Additive, Manufacturing, Test, Launch

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or STEM; 5+ years as Quality Engineer in manufacturing
• Extensive interface with Eng, Additive, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch teams
• Aerospace manufacturing/assembly knowledge; quality processes; GD&T proficiency
• Self-starter; defines and owns processes; strong cross-team communication
• Experience with PLM/MES/ERP/QMS; data-driven acceptance
• NPI of hardware into manufacturing/test with proven success
